There are a lot of sketchy blue light glasses out there. I‘ve fallen for the $10 pairs on Insta…only to get a flimsy frames with blue-tinted lenses that don‘t actually filter anything. 🙄 0/10 would not recommend.
WMP is the real deal tho. Their blue blockers have clear lenses with a special coating that blocks 30% of blue light—the ideal amount for all-day comfort without affecting color perception. I can really see a difference in eye fatigue at the end of a long WFH day.
