What Waist Product Reviews
Over the past month, I‘ve been rotating between a few of What Waist‘s bestselling products for waist training, shaping, and working out. Here are my thoughts on each one:
What Waist Miracle Wrap Band
First up, I tried the Miracle Wrap Band – a one-size-fits-all waist wrap with an easy velcro closure. When What Waist says "one size fits all", they seriously mean it. This baby stretches from 24" up to 60" to flatter any figure. Amazing!
I love how versatile this piece is. You can wrap it around your tummy, back, or even your thighs for custom compression wherever you need it. It‘s perf for slipping under dresses for a flat tummy, wearing to workouts for extra core engagement, or even for postpartum support.
The Miracle Wrap Band is made from a soft, comfy blend that‘s designed to wick away sweat. I found it really breathable, which is key cause ya girl sweats like a 400lb man at the beach 😅
At $70, I‘d say the Miracle Wrap Band is a great deal for the quality and flexibility you‘re getting. It‘s like having multiple shapers in one! I‘ve already gotten so much use out of mine.
What Waist ErgoSculpt Fupa Concealer Bodysuit
As someone who holds most of her fluff in the lower tummy (the infamous "fupa", lol), I was extra excited to try the ErgoSculpt Fupa Concealer. This full bodysuit promises to smooth the tummy and muffin top while lifting the booty for head-to-toe snatching.
Girlllll…the results did not disappoint. I slipped on my ErgoSculpt under a body-con dress for date night and I looked GOODT! My silhouette was smooth and cinched, my bum was perky, and I felt hella confident.
The magic is in the Concealer‘s targeted compression. There are sneaky panels that hug in all the right places without flattening your curves. It also has these little sticky silicone strips along the thigh so it stays put – no riding up or rolling down.
I will say the ErgoSculpt runs a bit tight, so it‘s a good idea to size up, especially if you‘re between sizes. What Waist offers this bb in sizes S-6XL, so there‘s definitely an option for every bod.
At $98, she‘s definitely an investment, but if you want the Rolls Royce of all-in-one shapers, the Fupa Concealer is SO worth the coin IMO.
What Waist ThermaTech Sculpt Leggings
Of course, I had to put the What Waist ThermaTech Sculpt Leggings to the sweat test! These compression leggings promise to target your core with heat-trapping materials that boost circulation and calorie burn.
The first thing I noticed when I put these on was the booty-lifting effect. Can we get an amen for that scrunch butt seam? 🙏 The leggings are made from a thick, high-quality material that gives you that held-in feeling without being suffocating.
I rocked my Sculpt Leggings to a HIIT class and they did not budge. No sagging, bunching, or sliding down. They‘re also totally squat-proof, which is a MUST in my book. The leggings even have a little hidden pocket in the waistband to stash your keys or card.
I also appreciate that these come in a range of cute colors and prints, and What Waist offers them in sizes XS-6XL. We love to see it!
At $88, the price point is pretty standard for high-performance leggings. You‘re getting all the bells and whistles – compression, performance fabric, butt-lifting design – so I think it‘s well worth it for the quality.
The only potential downside is that because of the thicker fabric, these might get a bit toasty for super hot outdoor workouts. But for high-intensity gym sessions? Perfection.
Is What Waist Worth It?
Now for the million dollar question: is What Waist worth spending your hard earned cash on? Based on my experience, it‘s a resounding YES!
Sis, these pieces are the real deal. What Waist delivers on quality construction, thoughtful design, and serious results. Every piece I tried exceeded my expectations and made me feel like That Bitch™.
What really seals the deal for me is the brand‘s dedication to inclusivity and social responsibility. What Waist is walking the walk with their XXS-6XL size range and body-positive messaging. No shame, just celebration of all bodies and empowerment to live your best life.
I also really respect that they‘re giving back by donating a portion of profits to uplift marginalized communities. Spending money with What Waist is an investment in yourself and others – we love to see it!
That said, I do have a couple small caveats. The prices are definitely at the higher end, especially for the shapewear and activewear pieces. I totally get that you‘re paying for premium quality, but it can be a lil tough on the wallet.
There‘s also a bit of a learning curve with the size charts, since compression pieces fit differently than regular clothes. You might need to do some trial and error to find your perfect fit. The good news is that What Waist does accept returns within 30 days, even if you‘ve tried the item on (as long as it‘s in new condition). So you can exchange sizes or get store credit if needed.
Overall though, I HIGHLY recommend giving What Waist a whirl. The quality, results, and empowering ethos are unmatched. My only regret is not hopping on the What Waist train sooner!
The Final Verdict
Well my friend, we‘ve reached the end of this What Waist review. Can you tell I‘m a bit obsessed with this brand?! What can I say, they just GET IT.
With their lush, effective products and their commitment to helping women live their best lives, What Waist is a brand I‘m proud to support. My wallet might not be thrilled, but hey, can you really put a price on feeling like a total smoke show?!
